A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR & Payroll + Testing).

Key Responsibilities

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll functionalities
Conduct functional testing for custom HCM reports and data extracts
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements and support testing cycles

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll
Hands-on experience with functional testing
Experience in validating business requirements
Understanding of HCM business processes
Experience supporting UAT/SIT testing cycles is a plus
