Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR & Payroll + Testing).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional testing of custom HCM reports and data extracts
Validate business requirements and support testing cycles
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective implementation

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll
Hands-on experience with functional testing
Understanding of HCM business processes
Experience supporting UAT/SIT testing cycles is a plus
Exposure to reporting tools within Oracle HCM is desirable
