Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR & Payroll + Testing).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll functionalities
Conduct functional testing of custom HCM reports and data extracts
Validate business requirements and support testing cycles in collaboration with functional and technical teams

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll
Hands-on experience with functional testing processes
Understanding of HCM business processes
Experience working with functional and technical teams
Exposure to reporting tools within Oracle HCM is a plus
