Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR & Payroll + Testing).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll solutions
• Conduct functional testing for custom HCM reports and data extracts
• Validate business requirements and support testing cycles

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Payroll
• Hands-on experience with functional testing
• Experience working closely with functional and technical teams
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes
• Experience supporting UAT/SIT testing cycles is a plus
