Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Oracle HCM Consultant, a full-time remote position requiring a highly technical individual with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technologies, focusing primarily on HCM integrations and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces and develop Fast Formulas
• Participate in testing cycles and provide production support for HCM-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
• Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules
