Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Driving the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules, the full-time Oracle HCM Consultant will collaborate with HR leaders to optimize user experience and ensure effective system design in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous improvements for Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules
• Conduct interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders
• Perform fit/gap analysis and maintain critical functional documentation and configuration workbooks

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, particularly in Talent and Learning
• Proven ability to lead design workshops and execute fit/gap analysis
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, and Redwood UX
• Strong analytical skills to translate talent strategies into system configurations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
