Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support HR Talent leaders, the full-time Oracle HCM Consultant will drive the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management and Learning modules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and continuous enhancements for Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules
• Conduct interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders
• Perform fit/gap analysis and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and process maps

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on Talent and Learning
• Experience leading design workshops and executing fit/gap analysis
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, and Redwood UX
• Strong analytical skills for translating talent strategies into system configurations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
