Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Talent Management, the candidate will drive the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on user experience optimization and system design in collaboration with HR Talent leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous enhancements for Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules
• Lead interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders
• Perform comprehensive fit/gap analysis against Oracle Cloud capabilities to guide best-practice architecture

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, particularly in Talent and Learning
• Proven experience leading design workshops and executing fit/gap analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, and Redwood UX
• Excellent analytical skills to translate complex talent strategies into system configurations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
