Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support ongoing operations, the remote contract Oracle HCM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules
• Support ongoing production operations and enhancements within the HCM platform
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex HCM issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and guide/mentor others
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
