Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support ongoing operations in a remote contract role, the Oracle HCM Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM, focusing on system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability across environments
• Support ongoing production operations and recommend new features to enhance business outcomes
• Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate platform adoption and compliance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Experience working independently and guiding team members
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
