Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Consultant will work remotely to ensure system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring optimal system performance
• Support ongoing production operations and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and platform adoption
• Manage Oracle Service Requests and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor others
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities
