Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Consultant will work remotely to ensure system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring optimal system performance
• Support ongoing operations and enhancements within the Oracle HCM platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions and troubleshoot complex HCM issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and guide others
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
