Job Summary

Seeking a high-level Oracle HCM Consultant for a 6-month contract position, who will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle HCM Payroll solutions in a hybrid work environment near Columbus, OH.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Oracle HCM Payroll solutions for clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment
• Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on HCM functionalities

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Payroll modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll regulations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with local or close proximity to Columbus, OH
• Experience in project management and system implementation
• Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM preferred
