Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, the contract Oracle HCM Consultant will work remotely to ensure system stability, support ongoing operations, and drive enhancements within the HCM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and Learning modules
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing best practices and recommendations for system improvements and optimizations
• Manage Oracle Service Requests and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Proven ability to work independently and guide team members
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
