Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance Oracle HCM implementations, the remote contract Oracle HCM Consultant will lead design, configuration, and implementation of solutions, focusing on system stability and performance while serving as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring system stability and performance
• Support ongoing production operations and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and platform adoption
• Manage Oracle Service Requests and communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace, and/or Learning modules
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations
• Ability to work independently and guide others with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities
