Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, an Oracle HCM Consultant will serve as the functional lead for Core HR and Performance Management modules, engaging with senior client stakeholders to support configuration and business process design.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
