Oracle HCM Consultant - Talent Management

Job Summary

To support HR Talent leaders, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Consultant - Talent Management will drive the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules while optimizing user experiences and ensuring secure system design.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle and continuous enhancements for Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules
• Lead interactive discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders
• Author and maintain critical functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and detailed target process maps

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on Talent and Learning
• Proven experience leading design workshops and executing fit/gap analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, HCM Design Studio, and Redwood UX
• Excellent analytical skills for translating complex talent strategies into system configurations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
