Oracle HCM Consultant with OIC

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with OIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
• Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and OIC
• Proficiency in HCM REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/PL-SQL, and reporting tools
• Experience with inbound and outbound HCM integrations and data migration
• Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules
