Oracle HCM Data Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting HR data modernization and analytics initiatives, the remote Oracle HCM Data Engineer will develop complex SQL queries, maintain data solutions, and build reports to enhance data quality and governance across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Translate legacy SQL Server logic into Oracle HCM-based solutions to support modernization efforts
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data definitions and governance artifacts

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or data warehousing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Advanced SQL development expertise, including complex joins and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle SQL
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher and BICC
