Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC HCM Extracts and support integrations with third-party ATS platforms
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules
• Design and support end-to-end integration architecture across Oracle HCM and external systems

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Hands-on experience developing HCM Extracts for recruiting and HR modules
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong PL/SQL development skills
• Experience developing applications using VBCS, VBC, and Oracle APEX
