Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC HCM Extracts and integrations with third-party ATS platforms
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and integrations across various Oracle HCM modules
• Support application development using VBCS, VBC, and Oracle APEX, including custom REST services

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and integrations for recruiting and HR modules
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL/SQL development
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting frameworks
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP services in HCM integration
