Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ORC HCM Extracts and integrations with third-party ATS platforms
• Maintain HCM Extracts and develop integrations across Core HR, Payroll, and other modules
• Develop applications and support integration architecture across Oracle HCM and external systems

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and integrations for recruiting and HR modules
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PL/SQL development
• Experience with VBCS, VBC, and Oracle APEX for application development
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting frameworks
