Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer (Techno-Functional - Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces
• Develop and enhance Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
• Familiarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor modules
