Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound data interfaces and develop Fast Formulas
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and support payroll-related technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting
• Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
• Understanding of HCM business processes including Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor
