Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HCM integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and HDL
• Build and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound interfaces and develop Fast Formulas
• Participate in testing, provide production support, and troubleshoot integration issues

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a technical focus
• Expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and OIC
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and HCM integrations
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
