Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

To support complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, the contract Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will work remotely for 24+ months, focusing on designing, developing, and supporting Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Document functional requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions in collaboration with Payroll Managers and HR teams
• Develop, test, and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas, including Payroll Calculation and HDL Transformation Fast Formulas
• Create detailed documentation and perform extensive testing to ensure high-performance Fast Formula solutions meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas
• Proficiency in Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and related HCM processes
• Experience with HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula language architecture and performance tuning
