Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, test, and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various functional areas including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management, while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Payroll Managers, Benefits Administrators, and HRIS organizations to document functional requirements and design Fast Formula solutions
• Develop and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll Calculation, HDL Transformation, and HCM Extracts
• Conduct extensive testing and troubleshooting of Fast Formulas post go-live to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fast Formula development
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management modules
• Experience with HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula architecture, including contexts, DBIs, and performance tuning
• Ability to create detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents and testing scripts
