Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Experienced Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developers will find a contract opportunity focused on designing, developing, and supporting complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas for various HR functions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document functional requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and other HR processes
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for Fast Formula implementations, including Functional and Technical Design Documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas
• Proven expertise in Fast Formula language architecture and development
• Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, and integration processes
• Strong background in testing methodologies including unit, integration, and regression testing
