Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer, the candidate will design, develop, and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various modules, ensuring high-performance solutions for enterprise-wide HCM implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and other modules, including HDL Transformation Fast Formulas for data conversion projects
• Create detailed documentation and conduct extensive testing to ensure quality and performance of Fast Formula implementations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fast Formula development
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula language architecture, including contexts, DBIs, and nested logic structures
• Experience with HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and REST APIs for integration and data transformation
• Ability to create Functional and Technical Design Documents and perform various testing methodologies
