Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various modules including Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document functional requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions in collaboration with Payroll Managers, Benefits Administrators, and HRIS organizations
• Develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll Calculation, HDL Transformation, and HCM Extracts
• Support post go-live environments by troubleshooting and redesigning Fast Formulas to meet evolving business needs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development
• Proficient in Fast Formula language architecture, including Contexts, Database Items, and Array Processing
• Experience with data conversion projects from systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Workday
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, and integration with REST APIs
• Ability to create detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents and perform extensive testing
