Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

To support complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, the contract Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will work remotely for 24+ months, focusing on designing, developing, and supporting Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll Calculation and HDL Transformation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and create scalable Fast Formula solutions
• Conduct extensive testing and support post go-live environments by troubleshooting and redesigning Fast Formulas as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas
• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and BI Publisher
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula language architecture, including contexts, DBIs, and performance tuning
