Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, test, and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various functional areas, ensuring high-performance solutions for enterprise-wide implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and create complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and other modules, including HDL Transformation and HCM Extracts
• Conduct extensive testing and troubleshooting for post go-live environments, addressing issues and redesigning formulas as needed

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fast Formula development
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, Fast Formulas, and related technologies such as HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation modules
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula architecture, including contexts, DBIs, and performance tuning
• Ability to create detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents and test scripts
