Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Experienced Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on designing, developing, and supporting complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various functional areas including Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for various applications, including Payroll Calculation and HDL Transformation
• Create comprehensive documentation and perform extensive testing to ensure the reliability of Fast Formula implementations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas
• Proven expertise in developing complex Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula language architecture and data conversion processes
• Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, and integration tools
• Ability to create detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents
