Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and support complex Fast Formula solutions for various HCM modules, ensuring high-performance and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and other HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Conduct extensive testing and validation of Fast Formulas, including unit, integration, and regression testing
• Provide post go-live support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM environments, addressing evolving business needs and issues

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development
• Proficiency in Fast Formula language architecture and complex formula design
• Experience with data conversion projects from various HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong understanding of HCM Extracts, HDL, and integration processes
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and perform code reviews
