Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, test, and support complex Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas across various modules, ensuring scalable solutions for enterprise-wide implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and create complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Fast Formulas, including those for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
• Support post go-live environments by troubleshooting Fast Formula issues and redesigning formulas to meet evolving business needs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas
• Proven expertise in Payroll Calculation Formulas and HDL Transformation Fast Formulas
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and REST APIs
• Experience with data conversion projects from legacy HR systems
• Ability to create detailed Functional and Technical Design Documents
