Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide HCM implementations, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex Fast Formulas across various HCM modules, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and other HCM modules, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document functional requirements and create detailed design documentation
• Perform extensive testing and support post go-live environments, troubleshooting and redesigning formulas as needed

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fast Formula development
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Fast Formulas, and related technologies (e.g., HDL, BI Publisher, REST APIs)
• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation modules
• Strong knowledge of Fast Formula language architecture, including Contexts, DBIs, and Array Processing
• Ability to create Functional and Technical Design Documents and perform various testing methodologies
