Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, the full-time remote Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer will design, develop, and support complex Fast Formulas across various HCM modules while collaborating with business stakeholders and ensuring high-performance implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and design complex Fast Formula solutions
• Develop, test, and support Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and more
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including Functional and Technical Design Documents, and support post go-live environments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Fast Formulas
• Proven expertise in Payroll Calculation Formulas and HDL Transformation Fast Formulas
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula language architecture and related technical skills
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Ability to conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing
