Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud modules, the full-time Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will support HR/Payroll users, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, and Security
• Build and manage job structures, work relationships, eligibility rules, workflows, and security roles
• Support post-go-live stabilization, troubleshoot issues, and review quarterly Oracle releases for system impact

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management
• Experience with OTBI reporting and workflow configuration
• Understanding of HR processes, including the hire-to-retire lifecycle
• Ability to analyze cross-module impacts and data flow
