Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Fusion Developer/Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of Oracle HCM modules to document setups and configurations
• Identify enhancements to improve HR operational efficiencies and develop a prioritized HCM roadmap
• Design and implement custom solutions using Oracle HCM tools and provide ongoing support to HR users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree or Oracle certifications preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation and customization
• Proven track record in HCM consulting with experience in requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Strong technical skills in Oracle BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, and integration tools
• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices in talent acquisition and performance management
