Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Help Desk Functional Specialist, the remote position will lead HR Help Desk implementations, gather business requirements, and design HCM security frameworks while managing case management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HR Help Desk implementations and enhancements
• Gather business requirements and conduct discovery workshops
• Design and maintain HCM Security frameworks, including custom roles and access controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle HR Help Desk and Core HR
• Knowledge of RBAC, custom roles, and security profiles
• Experience configuring case management workflows and SLA routing
