Job Summary

A company is looking for a Package Consultant - Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud solutions
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into system functionality
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM expertise with a focus on Payroll Cloud implementations
• Consulting experience bridging technical solutions and business needs
• Familiarity with Oracle Business Analytics (OBIEE, OBIA, OAS) is a plus
• Proven experience working with diverse client teams in a consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field preferred
