Job Summary
Leading Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations remotely, the contract Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant will manage requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing for payroll systems over a 10-month engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, and parallel payroll testing
- Integrate Payroll with Global HR and other related systems while advising clients on best practices
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
- Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll business processes and legislative compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Experience in client consulting and stakeholder management
