Oracle HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Project Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation through go-live and stabilization
• Serve as functional SME for Core HR, Payroll, and ADP payroll integration
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years managing Oracle HCM implementations
• Prior experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, HCM integrations, and ADP payroll integration
• Proven success delivering enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
