Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation through go-live and stabilization
Guide HR stakeholders on system design, payroll configuration, and process transformation
Manage system integrators and oversee integration strategy across HCM systems

Required Qualifications

15+ years of project management experience
5+ years managing Oracle HCM implementations
Prior experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and HCM integrations
Proven success delivering enterprise Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
