Oracle HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies
• Act as Oracle HCM functional SME guiding HR business teams through Core HR design decisions, Payroll configuration, and integration design

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall Project Management experience
• 5+ years as an Oracle HCM Project Manager
• Prior hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM)
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and ADP Payroll Integration
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
