Oracle HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Project Manager to support HCM module initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM initiatives, focusing on Absence Management and Payroll
• Coordinate across functional, technical, and business stakeholders to maintain project momentum
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, especially in HCM
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Absence Management and Payroll
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
