Oracle HCM Report Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Oracle HCM Report Developer, the successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize complex reporting solutions and dashboards within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM while collaborating with various HR and IT teams to ensure accurate and secure reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical reporting subject matter expert, managing the full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support
• Design, develop, and maintain complex BI Publisher reports and dashboards across multiple Oracle HCM modules, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards
• Validate reports and dashboards for accuracy and troubleshoot performance issues, while supporting integrations and data validation efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Strong SQL experience with Oracle databases and hands-on experience with BI Publisher report development
• Experience with FAIDP dashboard development and configuration
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data architecture and effective-dated table structures
• Experience supporting production reporting environments and compliance reporting in regulated settings
