Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for Oracle HCM Cloud reporting use cases
• Design, build, and validate reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align report outputs with data model schemas and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience developing reports in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Hands-on skills in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
• Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM schema, especially Workforce Management and Payroll modules
• Expert-level comfort in writing, debugging, and optimizing SQL-based data models
• Familiarity with HCM role-based security and user contexts
