Oracle HCM Security Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance colleague experience, the full-time Oracle HCM Security Consultant will design, configure, and manage security within Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive data while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM security, including role-based access control and security profiles
• Design security models aligned with business requirements and conduct security impact assessments for changes and releases
• Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and support security testing and validation activities for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including 3 years focused on Oracle HCM Security
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Security Console, security profiles, and role management
• Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases and production support
• Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher security models
• Familiarity with segregation of duties principles and data security considerations
