Key responsibilities
- Lead Workforce Compensation implementations and cycle execution
- Conduct compensation workshops and requirements sessions
- Configure compensation plans, matrices, and budget models
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM functional experience
- Strong expertise in Workforce Compensation
- Experience with Core HR and compensation planning
- Hands-on experience with eligibility profiles and compensation matrices
- Knowledge of budget pools and compensation statements
